Brazilian Butts + GUEST INSTRUCTOR + tomorrow's workout 💪(9/10/20 - 8am PST / 11am EST)
I don’t have a Brazilian butt (quite the opposite) but I have been to Brazil. Here’s a photo of me at the World Cup in 2014 wearing Parker’s Brazil flag vest over my USA jersey which happened to look like the jersey of the team Brazil was playing that day (Chile). I had to wear it to stop from getting mugged at the bar.

Among many things Brazil is famous for, its people’s backends stick out the most… *badump ching!*
(I feel like I should end scene right there. I wasn’t planning on opening with such a fire joke. It just happened)
Anyway, Brazilian butts are so popular that a plastic surgery procedure was created in its honor. AND it happens to go by BBL. BBA approved acronym.
There is also a competition called Miss Bumbum to crown the best butt in the country.
All this to say that Brazil has cornered the market on sculpting butts. Luckily our resident BBA Brazilian Norwegian, Ida has offered to teach us everything she’s learned while living in Brazil during tomorrow’s workout.
